When we reply
We reply within 2 working days.
In the app
In the TutorBee for Tutors app, tap Account (your avatar, top right), then Report a problem. Your report reaches us with your name and email (so we can reply), your phone's system and app version, and the last few screens you opened, so we can see where it happened.
If you cannot sign in to the app, email or WhatsApp us instead.
